Adult Class: Dumplings from Around The World

Dumplings are  small bites that pack a big punch of flavor! Dumplings are known the world over as a favorite comfort food, and in this class we will take a tour of dumplings from around the globe.

Each dumpling destination features a diffrent flavor profile, spices, seasonings, and techniques to create these wonderful edible packages.

We will make bacon filled pierogies served with a seasoned sour cream, shrimp postickers with a spring soy dipping sauce, and make dessert apple samosas with a cinnamon and cardamom icing.
